Mobile numbers and message content may be processed by Microsoft, telecommunications carriers, and service providers as necessary to operate and deliver our SMS communications. These providers may use that information only to perform those services.

We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records are excluded from the sharing described above and will not be shared with third parties. These SMS-specific restrictions take precedence over any general data-sharing provisions elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
