These terms apply to public use of the Flectic website. Separate written agreements govern paid consulting, implementation, support, and advisory work.

Platform References
References to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, or related product names identify implementation and advisory contexts. They do not imply endorsement, certification, or formal affiliation unless stated in a signed agreement.
Use of the Site
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or submit information you are not authorized to share.
Consulting Engagements
Any consulting, implementation, integration, or support engagement requires a separate agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, fees, timeline, and acceptance criteria.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Flectic ERP Solutions Inc. (“Flectic”) provides SMS communications for individual conversations between clients and Flectic employees.
Program purpose
After obtaining your consent, we may text you to arrange a callback when a telephone call is unanswered, coordinate project meetings, or discuss an existing ERP/CRM service or support request. Employees send these messages individually through their assigned Microsoft Teams phone numbers.
Consent
Participation is voluntary. Agreeing to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services. You may communicate with Flectic by telephone or email instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your ongoing conversations, project coordination, and support needs. There is no fixed messaging schedule.
Message charges
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out instructions
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from messages sent by that Flectic phone number. You will receive an unsubscribe confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent from that number unless you opt back in. To resume, reply START to the same number. To request that all Flectic SMS communications stop, email admin@flectic.com.
