What CRM drafts, scores, and enrichment cost before you buy

A summary, an email draft, or a lead score pays off when that job sits on a licence sellers will open and the credit meter has a cap.

FlecticUpdated 24 min read

A summary, an email draft, or a lead score pays off when that job sits on a licence sellers will open and the credit meter has a cap. As of October 2026, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise is USD 105 per user per month with Copilot email and meeting help. Premium is USD 150 and adds 1,000 Copilot Credits per user. Salesforce lists Core at USD 195 per user per month and says AI can be added on Core and above. HubSpot lists Enterprise from USD 75 per seat per month, and Odoo lists Agentic AI on Custom at USD 61 per user per month.

Price the job, then the records it reads. A summary that can only open records the signed-in user already sees will not fill blank next steps. Predictive lead scoring in Dynamics 365 Sales will not train until you have at least 40 qualified and 40 disqualified leads created and closed in the window you pick.

What each AI job costs on the published list

Five jobs show up in almost every demo: summarize a record, draft a follow-up, score a lead, enrich a company, and write the next step. The cheapest published path is different for each job, and several of them bill a second meter after the seat is paid. Prices below are list prices as of October 2026. Microsoft says displayed prices may differ by currency, country, and region. Salesforce labels its grid informational. HubSpot's figures are USD before tax and can change.

  • Summarize a lead, opportunity, account, or meeting (Where it is listed: Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise at USD 105 per user per month, paid yearly. Copilot summarizes those records, recent changes, email, and account news. · What else can bill: Prebuilt agents and custom agents need Copilot Credits. Premium includes 1,000 per user.)
  • Draft or summarize email (Where it is listed: The same Enterprise Copilot assistance: email and meeting help. Salesforce describes one-click summaries of account, opportunity, lead, and contact. Odoo 19 Ask AI can summarize a chatter thread and draft a follow-up. · What else can bill: Salesforce: AI can be added on Core and above. Odoo.sh and on-premise need your own model key; provider fees are extra.)
  • Score a lead (Where it is listed: Odoo CRM scoring is always on. Dynamics documents predictive scoring on a Sales Enterprise licence, with 1,500 scored records per month. · What else can bill: Dynamics needs 40 qualified and 40 disqualified closed leads in the training window. Salesforce lists predictive scoring on its sales AI page. Ask the order form which edition includes it.)
  • Enrich a company or lead (Where it is listed: Dynamics lists data enrichment that fills company fields on Premium (USD 150). A seller should check those fields before they are used on a quote. Odoo matches the lead email domain and spends one IAP credit. HubSpot says enrichment draws on a database of over 200 million buyer and company profiles. · What else can bill: Odoo credits start at EUR 0.20 and do not expire. With none left, only the website and logo come back.)
  • Suggest or write the next step (Where it is listed: Salesforce describes suggesting or auto-writing pipeline fields such as stage and next step, with a review mode. Odoo Ask AI can suggest next steps. · What else can bill: The standard Odoo Ask AI agent cannot create leads or change database records. Salesforce Flex Credits and conversation pricing cannot be used in the same org.)

Use that grid as a shortlist for the jobs you will turn on. Your next check is whether the people who would use the job already have the seat, and whether the fields the feature reads are filled.

What the feature reads before it is worth turning on

Generative drafts and predictive scores fail for different reasons. A draft can still be written from a thin record. It will sound confident and leave out the price objection that never got typed into the CRM. A Dynamics score will not train until that closed-lead minimum is met in the window the admin picks. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Odoo did not publish a closed-lead minimum.

Dynamics 365 Sales predictive lead scoring needs at least 40 qualified and 40 disqualified leads created and closed in the training window the admin picks. That window can be three months to two years. With a Sales Enterprise licence, Microsoft documents 1,500 scored records per month. Models can retrain every 15 days. If your team disqualifies by deleting the lead, or never closes the lost ones, you will miss the 40 and 40. Count closed outcomes in that window.

Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales only retrieves records and files the signed-in user can access. Recent-change summaries need audit history turned on for lead, opportunity, and account. Copilot is on by default only for orgs in regions with an Azure OpenAI endpoint, or for orgs that consent to cross-region data movement and use the monthly release channel. Elsewhere an admin must consent to data movement and turn Copilot on. Microsoft says prompts and outputs are not shared with OpenAI, are not used to train Microsoft AI models unless a tenant admin opts in, and are not always factual, so users should review drafts before sending. Some Bing-powered features can send data outside the Microsoft Cloud trust boundary.

Odoo CRM predictive lead scoring is always on. Stage and sales team are always used. Optional inputs are state, country, whether a phone or email is present, source, language, and tags. A user can overwrite the probability. The model score stays visible. Lead enrichment is separate: it matches on the lead's email domain and costs one IAP credit per enriched lead. With no credits, only the website and logo are returned.

Salesforce describes grounding answers on customer-approved data the user is allowed to see, masking sensitive data before a prompt goes to a large language model, and zero data retention so prompts and responses are not stored to train third-party models. HubSpot says its Data Agent answers a question by searching the CRM, calls, emails, documents, and the web, that customer context stays in the portal and is not shared externally, and that third-party AI providers are contractually prohibited from training on customer data. Both descriptions cover data the user can already open. Blank next steps and missing email addresses still have to be fixed in your database.

A customer quoted on HubSpot's Smart CRM page said, "Our goal was to consolidate our systems, clean up our data, and ensure everybody was operating with the same information." That work sits in front of the licence upgrade. If you want a practical pass at duplicates, required fields, and lost-reason codes, start with CRM data hygiene before you add a credit pack.

What Dynamics 365 Sales includes before credits

Dynamics 365 Sales has three published user prices, all paid yearly, as of October 2026.

  • Sales Professional (List price: USD 65 per user per month · What the page ties to AI: Core sales force automation, Microsoft 365 interoperation, reporting, and dashboards. Copilot is not in that plan's included bullets.)
  • Sales Enterprise (List price: USD 105 per user per month · What the page ties to AI: Copilot in Dynamics 365 and agentic capabilities: prebuilt agents such as Sales Close Agent, natural language insights, email and meeting assistance, and opportunity summaries.)
  • Sales Premium (List price: USD 150 per user per month · What the page ties to AI: Everything in Enterprise, plus 1,000 Copilot Credits per user, Sales Insights, recommended actions a seller reviews before acting, and data enrichment that fills company fields for that same review.)

The USD 45 gap between Enterprise and Premium is the line that buys the included credit pool, Sales Insights, recommended actions, and enrichment. Running prebuilt agents and custom agents built in Copilot Studio requires Copilot Credits, either the ones included in Premium or credits bought separately. Pay-as-you-go and prepaid Copilot Credit Commit Units exist. Ask for the dollar rate per credit in writing before you plan agent volume.

Microsoft Relationship Sales, which pairs Sales Enterprise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is priced as Variable, requires a 10-seat minimum, and the page says to contact a specialist. Do not drop that bundle into a spreadsheet as if it had a public list price.

Assume 25 sellers who need Copilot summaries and email drafts, plus 5 managers whose work fits Professional's included bullets (core sales force automation, Microsoft 365, reporting, dashboards). Price the 25 on Enterprise and the 5 on Professional only after a specialist shows that the managers' work stays inside those bullets.

25 times USD 105 is USD 2,625 per month. 5 times USD 65 is USD 325 per month. Together that is USD 2,950 per month, or USD 35,400 over twelve months at the yearly list. Moving the same 25 sellers to Premium adds USD 45 each, USD 1,125 per month, USD 13,500 over twelve months, and includes 25,000 Copilot Credits (25 times 1,000). Microsoft's sales pricing page does not say whether that allowance resets monthly or annually, so confirm the reset period on the quote. Move from Professional to Enterprise for Copilot email drafts, record summaries, and access to prebuilt agents such as Sales Close Agent. Running those agents still needs Copilot Credits, either the 1,000 included with each Premium user or credits purchased separately. Premium is the buy when you need that included credit pool, Sales Insights, recommended actions, or enrichment.

A deeper walk through what Copilot does on a lead and an opportunity is in Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales. The licence choice for the sales app itself sits on our Dynamics 365 Sales page.

What Salesforce bills per seat and per org

Salesforce Sales Cloud list prices, shown in USD per user per month as of October 2026, are Free Suite USD 0, Starter Suite USD 25, Pro Suite USD 100, Core USD 195, Advanced USD 395, and Max USD 550. The pricing page says the figures are informational and that AI can be added to Core and above. Twelve times the monthly list is a planning figure. Confirm the billing term on the order form before finance treats it as a yearly commit.

Included Flex Credits on that same table are 500,000 per org per year on Core, 1,000,000 on Advanced, and 2,750,000 on Max. The pool is per organization. A 20-person team on Core and a 100-person team on Core are listed with the same 500,000 credits for the year. Several AI rows on lower editions are marked available for purchase. Ask the order form to name every AI feature you are counting on, including scoring.

On the sales AI page, Salesforce describes one-click summaries of account, opportunity, lead, and contact; natural-language search across call transcripts; flagging objections, pricing, and competitor mentions; and suggesting or auto-writing pipeline fields such as stage and next step, with a review mode. Keep the review mode on. A field write that skips a person will put a guessed stage on the forecast.

Agentforce meters are the way extra capacity is sold:

  • Flex Credits (List price as of October 2026: USD 500 per 100,000 credits · Rule that changes the bill: Unused Flex Credits do not roll over.)
  • User licence (List price as of October 2026: USD 5 per user per month · Rule that changes the bill: A per-person charge beside the Sales Cloud seat.)
  • Conversation (List price as of October 2026: USD 2 per conversation · Rule that changes the bill: Cannot be used in the same org as Flex Credits.)
  • Flat-fee access (List price as of October 2026: USD 125 per user per month · Rule that changes the bill: A third way to buy access, priced per user.)

USD 500 for 100,000 credits is USD 0.005 per credit. Buying another 500,000 credits, the size of one Core org pool, is five packs: USD 2,500. That pack still expires at the end of the term if you do not use it. A shared annual pool can cover a spike after a quiet quarter, and unused Flex Credits expire at the end of the term. If you expect a steady count of conversations, the USD 2 meter is easier to forecast, and you cannot mix it with Flex Credits in that org. Pick one model on the order form.

The Einstein Trust Layer description is the security ask to put next to that order: masking before the prompt leaves, no storage of prompts and responses to train third-party models, and answers grounded in data the user may see. Ask the seller to show those controls inside your org.

What HubSpot includes in the seat, and when it pauses

HubSpot's Smart CRM page, as of October 2026, lists USD 0 per month for Free, Starter starting at USD 20 per seat per month, Professional starting at USD 50, and Enterprise starting at USD 75. A USD 10 Starter price is shown struck through. HubSpot says that starter discount is for new customers for a limited time. Enterprise is the tier that "gets AI insights on CRM index pages."

Agent builder (formerly Breeze Studio) and Agent Hub are included for Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Custom agents consume HubSpot Credits. Workflows do not consume credits. A workflow that assigns a lead or sends a templated task is a different bill from a custom agent that reads the CRM and writes a draft. Map each AI line in the proposal to one of those two.

Only paid seats can use credits. Free and view-only users cannot. Included credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over. Credits follow the highest subscription tier and are not added across hubs. HubSpot's credits article uses 5,000 included credits as an Enterprise example and 3,000 as a Marketing Hub Professional example. Confirm the allowance on your own subscription before you put either number in a budget.

Pay-as-you-go overage is USD 0.010 per credit, invoiced in increments of 10 credits. That rate applies once an extra credit pack has been purchased. If included credits are exhausted and no extra pack was bought, usage-based features pause until the monthly reset or a purchase. Custom agents are the credit-consuming piece. When included credits run out and no extra pack was bought, usage-based features pause until the monthly reset or a purchase, and there is no overage invoice unless an extra pack was already bought. Agent builder is included on paid seats, and workflows do not consume credits, so those two stay outside that pause. Decide in advance whether you want a pause or a pack.

At the starting Enterprise price, 20 paid seats are USD 1,500 per month before tax, USD 18,000 over twelve months. Fifty seats are USD 3,750 per month, USD 45,000 over twelve months. One hundred seats are USD 7,500 per month, USD 90,000 over twelve months. Starter at the USD 20 starting price is USD 400, USD 1,000, and USD 2,000 per month for those same headcounts. Starter includes agent builder. It does not include the Enterprise AI insights on CRM index pages. If the demo you liked was an insight on the index page, the seat in the quote needs to say Enterprise.

What Odoo CRM scores, drafts, and bills per lead

On the US pricing page as of October 2026, Odoo Standard is USD 31.10 per user per month and Custom is USD 61.00 per user per month. Those figures already reflect a 12-month discount on initial users ordered, down from USD 38.90 and USD 76.20. One App Free is USD 0 for one app and unlimited users. Custom is the plan that lists Odoo Studio / Agentic AI, multi-company, and external API. Standard lists all apps on Odoo Online and does not list Agentic AI. Before you assume Ask AI is on a Standard subscription, have Odoo show the feature on that database and that plan.

Ask AI in Odoo 19 can summarize a chatter thread, draft a follow-up, improve a message, and suggest next steps. The standard Ask AI agent cannot create leads or change database records. A suggested next step stays a suggestion until a person writes it on the lead. Odoo Online does not require a customer API key. Odoo.sh and on-premise databases require the customer's own OpenAI or Gemini API key. Provider API fees are extra and are not priced by Odoo. If you host on Odoo.sh, put a monthly cap on that key in the same budget as the user seats.

Scoring does not use that key. It is always on, using stage and sales team every time, plus the optional fields you choose to fill. Enrichment is the metered cousin. One credit per lead, matched on email domain. The Lead Generation IAP list starts at EUR 0.20 per credit, with packs of 500 credits for EUR 100, 1,000 for EUR 200, and 10,000 for EUR 2,000, plus 20 free credits. Credits do not expire. A one-time load of 1,000 leads with email domains is one pack of 1,000 credits, EUR 200, if every lead returns a full enrichment. Leads with no credits left still show a website and a logo. Check the credit balance in the same weekly meeting where you check lead volume.

For 20 users on Custom at USD 61, the seat total is USD 1,220 per month, USD 14,640 over twelve months, at the discounted initial-user price. Fifty users are USD 3,050 per month, USD 36,600 over twelve months. One hundred users are USD 6,100 per month, USD 73,200 over twelve months. Standard at USD 31.10 is about half of that (USD 622, USD 1,555, and USD 3,110 per month). Pay the Custom gap when you need the Agentic AI line, multi-company, or the external API. Pay IAP credits when you need enrichment, on either plan, because that price is per lead.

What 20, 50, and 100 sellers cost at list

Same assumption for every row: every person is a paid seller on that one plan, extra credit packs are left out, and the yearly figure is twelve times the monthly list. Dynamics figures use the yearly price. For Salesforce and HubSpot, confirm the billing term on the order form before you treat twelve months as the contract. Odoo uses the discounted initial-user price. As of October 2026.

  • Dynamics 365 Sales Professional (20 users / year: USD 15,600 · 50 users / year: USD 39,000 · 100 users / year: USD 78,000 · AI capacity the plan lists: Copilot is not in the included bullets.)
  • Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise (20 users / year: USD 25,200 · 50 users / year: USD 63,000 · 100 users / year: USD 126,000 · AI capacity the plan lists: Copilot assistance is included. Agent runs need credits bought separately.)
  • Dynamics 365 Sales Premium (20 users / year: USD 36,000 · 50 users / year: USD 90,000 · 100 users / year: USD 180,000 · AI capacity the plan lists: 1,000 Copilot Credits per user, which scales to 20,000, 50,000, or 100,000. Confirm the reset period on the quote.)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Core (20 users / year: USD 46,800 · 50 users / year: USD 117,000 · 100 users / year: USD 234,000 · AI capacity the plan lists: 500,000 Flex Credits per org per year at every headcount.)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Advanced (20 users / year: USD 94,800 · 50 users / year: USD 237,000 · 100 users / year: USD 474,000 · AI capacity the plan lists: 1,000,000 Flex Credits per org per year.)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Max (20 users / year: USD 132,000 · 50 users / year: USD 330,000 · 100 users / year: USD 660,000 · AI capacity the plan lists: 2,750,000 Flex Credits per org per year.)
  • HubSpot Smart CRM Enterprise (starting price) (20 users / year: USD 18,000 · 50 users / year: USD 45,000 · 100 users / year: USD 90,000 · AI capacity the plan lists: Included credits are per subscription, reset monthly, and are not multiplied by seat count in the published example.)
  • Odoo Custom (US discounted) (20 users / year: USD 14,640 · 50 users / year: USD 36,600 · 100 users / year: USD 73,200 · AI capacity the plan lists: Agentic AI is listed on this plan. Enrichment credits are per lead, in euros.)
  • Odoo Standard (US discounted) (20 users / year: USD 7,464 · 50 users / year: USD 18,660 · 100 users / year: USD 37,320 · AI capacity the plan lists: Agentic AI is not listed. Scoring in CRM is always on.)

Premium's credit pool scales with users because the 1,000 credits are per user. Salesforce lists one Flex pool per org per year, so one hundred sellers on Core still share 500,000 credits, the same pool as twenty sellers. HubSpot credits follow the highest tier and unused credits expire each month. Odoo IAP credits do not expire, and they do not scale with users either. They scale with leads you choose to enrich.

The Premium step-up against Enterprise is USD 10,800 a year at 20 users, USD 27,000 at 50, and USD 54,000 at 100. Spend the Premium-over-Enterprise step-up when you need the included credit pool, Sales Insights, recommended actions, or enrichment.

What to confirm before you sign

A 20 to 100 person company hits a short list of admin switches. Write each one into the order form.

  1. Dynamics 365: confirm whether your region already has an Azure OpenAI endpoint. If it does not, budget time for cross-region data-movement consent and the monthly release channel before Copilot will turn on. Turn on audit history for lead, opportunity, and account if you want recent-change summaries. Ask whether any feature in the proposal uses Bing, because that path can leave the Microsoft Cloud trust boundary.
  2. Dynamics credits: if the proposal includes Sales Close Agent or any Copilot Studio agent, the quote needs a credit source. Premium's 1,000 per user, or a separate purchase. Get the per-credit or commit-unit price on the quote.
  3. Salesforce: name the edition, state that AI is added from Core upward or list the purchased rows, and pick Flex Credits or conversations. The two meters cannot share an org. Write down the org-level credit pool and the term date, because unused Flex Credits do not roll over.
  4. HubSpot: mark every user as paid, free, or view-only. Only paid seats spend credits. Choose pause-at-cap or an extra pack at USD 0.010 per credit in increments of 10. Confirm the included credit count on your portal. The knowledge base examples are 5,000 (Enterprise) and 3,000 (Marketing Hub Professional).
  5. Odoo: if you want the Agentic AI line, the plan on the quote should be Custom. If the database is Odoo.sh or on-premise, name who owns the OpenAI or Gemini key and what the monthly cap is. If you want enrichment, price IAP credits at one per lead and assign someone to watch the balance.
  6. Review path: for every feature that can write a field or send a message, name the person who must approve it. Salesforce offers a review mode on pipeline writes. Odoo's standard Ask AI agent cannot write records. Microsoft tells users to review drafts because outputs are not always factual. Write that approval into the sales process.

Then separate the jobs you will automate from the jobs a person still owns. A routed lead, a required lost reason, and a task when a quote sits still are ordinary CRM automation. They should not be priced as an agent. Our guide to what to automate in a CRM is the list we use to keep those two bills apart. How the hours come back, in fewer re-keyed notes and a shorter forecast meeting, is the subject of CRM ROI.

Unused AI seats are a licence problem you can see in the first month. Export who signed in, who generated a summary, and who spent a credit. If a role has not opened the feature, drop that role to the cheaper plan at renewal. Professional at USD 65, HubSpot's lower starting tiers, and Odoo Standard exist so that a reader of the pipeline does not have to fund an agent pool.

We implement the CRM around those checks. Our target for a first usable phase is 8 to 12 weeks: the fields the score and the draft read, the seats that match the roles, and a credit cap someone on your team can see. The work is scoped on our CRM implementation page. If Copilot is the feature you are keeping, the rollout steps for consent, audit history, and review sit with Microsoft Copilot.

Frequently asked questions

How can I purchase Copilot Credits?

Dynamics 365 Sales Premium includes 1,000 Copilot Credits per user. Credits can also be bought separately. Microsoft offers pay-as-you-go and prepaid Copilot Credit Commit Units. Ask for the dollar rate per credit on the quote. Those credits are required to run prebuilt agents and custom agents built in Copilot Studio.

Are Copilot's responses always factual?

Microsoft says Copilot prompts and outputs are not always factual. Users should review drafts before sending them to a customer. Treat a summary, an email draft, and a meeting brief as a first pass that a seller checks against the opportunity, the last call, and the price on the quote.

What happens to my data when I use Copilot?

Microsoft says Dynamics 365 Copilot prompts and outputs are not shared with OpenAI and are not used to train Microsoft AI models unless a tenant admin opts in. Copilot only retrieves records and files the signed-in user can access. Some Bing-powered features can send data outside the Microsoft Cloud trust boundary. In regions without an Azure OpenAI endpoint, an admin must consent to data movement before Copilot is turned on.

How do I know if Flex Credits or conversation pricing is the right model?

Flex Credits are a shared pool: Core lists 500,000 per org per year, and extra credits list at USD 500 per 100,000. Conversation pricing is USD 2 each. The two meters cannot be used in the same org. A shared annual pool fits uneven usage if you can accept that leftovers expire. A per-conversation meter is easier to forecast when volume is steady. A user licence at USD 5 per user per month and flat-fee access at USD 125 per user per month are separate published options.

What happens if I do not use all my Flex Credits?

Unused Salesforce Flex Credits do not roll over. Credits left at the end of the term are gone, including credits you bought at USD 500 per 100,000. Size the pool to the year you expect to consume, and put the term date on the same calendar as renewal.

How much does HubSpot agent builder cost?

HubSpot says Agent builder (formerly Breeze Studio) and Agent Hub are included for Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Custom agents consume HubSpot Credits. Workflows do not. Only paid seats can spend credits. If included credits run out and no extra pack was purchased, usage-based features pause until the monthly reset or a purchase. Overage after a pack is bought is USD 0.010 per credit, invoiced in increments of 10.

Does the standard Ask AI agent change CRM records?

In Odoo 19 the standard Ask AI agent can summarize a chatter thread, draft a follow-up, improve a message, and suggest next steps. It cannot create leads or change database records. A person still writes the next step onto the lead. On Odoo.sh or on-premise you also supply your own OpenAI or Gemini API key, and the provider's fees are extra.
