Odoo Accounting can serve as the general ledger for a 20 to 100 person company in the US or Canada. It stops short of several filings buyers expect QuickBooks Online or Xero to finish. As of October 2026, the US pricing page lists Standard at USD 31.10 and USD 38.90 per user per month, and Custom at USD 61.00 and USD 76.20, both pairs shown together. The US 1099 report is a CSV for a third-party filer. Canada's localization gives you a tax report you still file yourself, and bank feeds need an Enterprise subscription with a sync about every 12 hours.

That split is the decision. If the books are invoices, bills, a bank match, and a tax export your accountant files, Odoo 19's US and Canada localizations cover the ledger. If the software is also supposed to e-file a 1099 to the IRS, push a GST/HST return to the CRA, or run Canadian payroll, the official docs stop. The rest of this page prices the seats, names the filing gaps, and shows what the suite adds once stock, purchasing, or projects sit on the same database.

Odoo is a business suite from Odoo S.A. in Belgium. Community is released under LGPLv3 and Enterprise is proprietary. Wikipedia records Odoo 19.0 as released on 18 September 2025. The localization notes below follow the Odoo 19 documentation.

What the accounting app covers, and what invoicing does not

Odoo sells a wide suite: CRM, ecommerce, accounting, inventory, point of sale, and projects. The accounting product page is a vendor pitch. It is not an edition table, and it does not spell out US 1099 limits or a Canadian filing path. The editions comparison lists Comprehensive Accounting as its own row, separate from Invoicing. That row names the general ledger, bank reconciliation, analytic accounting, vendor bill OCR, budgets, check writing, consolidation, localizations, and reports. Confirm on the live editions table which plan carries Comprehensive Accounting before you treat Community as a full ledger.

Bank synchronization is explicit. The Odoo 19 bank sync documentation says it requires a valid Odoo Enterprise subscription. Journals sync about every 12 hours, through third parties covering over 26,000 institutions. Plaid is the provider named for the United States and Canada. Some banks return only about three months of history. The accounting app's own marketing says 28,000+ banks and that 95% of transactions match automatically. Use the documentation when you write the operating procedure, and treat the 95% line as Odoo's marketing claim.

Features Odoo markets around the ledger, on the accounting features page, are the operational ones: draft invoices from sales orders, subscriptions, timesheets, or deliveries; inventory valuation at standard, average, or FIFO, in periodic or perpetual; vendor bills proposed from purchase orders or receipts; fixed-asset depreciation; deferred revenue and expense; analytic plans and budgets. Card collections go through Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal, Adyen, and Alipay. Vendor-bill and expense scanning is billed as in-app-purchase credits (SMS, contact autocomplete, lead generation, and scanning credits are called out on the pricing FAQ), so it is not folded into the seat price. The credit price is a line to request on the quote.

A finance lead who only needs to send invoices can start on One App Free. The moment a second app is in play, the pricing rules change, which is the next section.

What a paid seat costs once accounting is not the only app

Prices below are US list figures as of October 2026 from Odoo's pricing page. The page showed a Yearly and Monthly toggle and a footnote that the discount is valid for 12 months for the initial users ordered. Standard appeared as USD 31.10 and USD 38.90 per user per month at the same time. Custom appeared as USD 61.00 and USD 76.20. Treat each pair as a range until you read which toggle is selected on the live page. The figures on that page are in USD, so the seat math below stays in USD. Business Central's Canadian list is quoted separately, in CAD, and the two are not converted.

  • One App Free (What you are buying: One app and unlimited users on Odoo Online. A second unrelated app moves the database to a paid plan. · Price as of October 2026: USD 0)
  • Standard (What you are buying: All apps on Odoo Online, without custom modules. · Price as of October 2026: USD 31.10 and USD 38.90 per user per month (both shown))
  • Custom (What you are buying: Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, or on-premise, plus Studio, multi-company on one database, external API, and the agentic AI option. Odoo.sh hosting is extra. · Price as of October 2026: USD 61.00 and USD 76.20 per user per month (both shown))
  • Light User (What you are buying: Narrow rights, sold on an advisor quote: own time off, expenses, appraisals, attendances, planning, barcode, point of sale, shop floor, payslips. · Price as of October 2026: USD 8.90 per light user)

Included with the subscription: hosting, upgrades, and email support Monday to Friday in English, French, Spanish, or Dutch. Left out: Odoo.sh hosting for custom developments, implementation services, in-app-purchase credits, and maintenance of custom code. Odoo Online storage is described as unmetered up to 100 GB.

A paying user is someone with backend access to create, view, or edit documents, or an employee record in the HR app with no linked user. Portal customers and suppliers are not paying users. A third-party accountant working in Odoo is a paying user. An employee who only reports an expense or a timesheet is a paying user unless they are quoted as a Light User.

The same FAQ says the free plan allows multiple companies, and also says that installing Studio or adding companies switches the database to Custom. Custom is the plan described for multiple companies on one database. For a two-entity US or Canadian group, have the quote state the plan in writing. Do not budget One App Free or Standard for that case until the quote says so.

One App Free is the right sticker only while accounting, including whatever Odoo counts as dependencies of that first app, stays the sole app. A second app Odoo treats as unrelated, which is the usual path when inventory or payroll joins the books, moves the database onto Standard. Custom has its own triggers: Studio, another company on the database, the external API, or custom development. Ask the order form to name the app trigger before you tell the board the ledger is free.

Assume every person who posts or edits documents is a full backend user, and that the outside accountant has one backend login. At the two Standard figures, monthly list cost is:

  • 5 (Standard, lower figure: USD 155.50 · Standard, upper figure: USD 194.50 · Custom, lower figure: USD 305.00 · Custom, upper figure: USD 381.00)
  • 20 (Standard, lower figure: USD 622.00 · Standard, upper figure: USD 778.00 · Custom, lower figure: USD 1,220.00 · Custom, upper figure: USD 1,524.00)
  • 50 (Standard, lower figure: USD 1,555.00 · Standard, upper figure: USD 1,945.00 · Custom, lower figure: USD 3,050.00 · Custom, upper figure: USD 3,810.00)

Those products are list price times headcount. They exclude in-app credits, Odoo.sh, travel, and implementation hours. The 12-month discount applies to the initial users ordered, so a later hire can sit on a different rate. Read the current toggle on Odoo pricing before you sign, and use our Odoo pricing notes when you want the seat rules written out beside the official page.

How US books, 1099s, and bank payments behave

The US fiscal localization for Odoo 19 says it follows US GAAP as set by FASB and used by the SEC. Optional pieces include US accounting reports, check printing (top, middle, or bottom, including blank stock), NACHA payment files, a 1099 report, AvaTax, US payroll, a payroll-to-accounting link, and an ADP work-entry export.

US profit-and-loss labels are renamed to Income, Cost of Sales, Gross Profit, Expense, Net Operating Income, Other Income, Other Expense, Net Other Income, and Net Income. The European allocations-and-withdrawals lines are omitted. The cash-flow statement uses the direct method and is limited to bank and cash journals. A controller coming from a desktop indirect cash-flow report should open this statement on a copy of last quarter before go-live and see whether the board pack still ties.

1099s leave Odoo as a file

The 1099 report is a CSV of payments to non-employees for a date range, grouped by partner, for e-filing through a third-party service. The docs do not describe filing that form to the IRS from inside Odoo. QuickBooks Online Advanced is the Intuit plan that mentions free 1099 e-filing with Bill Pay Elite, on the US QuickBooks pricing page. Xero Growing and Xero Established list W-9 and 1099 management on the Xero US pricing page.

Buyers who already made this switch say the same thing in plainer words. One wrote: "In Quickbooks Online we can easily pay contractors by direct deposit and electronically email them their 1099 and file electronically with the IRS." Another accepted the workaround: "Since this is a once a year operation we have no problem if we have to do an Odoo export and import the 1099 data into a 3rd party 1099 filing service." Both comments are on the QuickBooks-to-Odoo thread. A once-a-year CSV is a calendar task. It is a poor surprise in January if nobody priced a filing service or a remaining QuickBooks file.

A related pattern shows up when contractor direct deposit is the requirement. One operator wrote: "I decided the most feasible thing is to do all the billing in Odoo, use Quickbooks with Payroll to pay contractors via direct deposit then just bring all the banking transactions into Odoo." That comment is on a separate thread about Stripe and a second ledger. The official US docs describe outgoing vendor payments as a NACHA ACH file (CCD or PPD) after the bank supplies immediate destination, origin, company identification, and originating DFI. Incoming ACH is via Authorize.net or Stripe, not a native bank debit file. Same-day cutoff is left to the bank. Have your bank confirm it will accept Odoo's NACHA layout before you drop the old payment path.

Sales tax rates and US payroll

Address-level sales tax is an Avalara AvaTax integration for companies with locations in the United States, Canada, or both (the features page also names Brazil). AvaTax is a connection, not a rate table Odoo maintains itself. Without it, someone on your team maintains rates. Budget the AvaTax subscription as its own line.

US payroll is on the payroll localization list. Documented scope is employee details, contracts, allowances and deductions, payslips, and leave, plus an ADP export. Canada is not on that country list. A US company can keep payroll in Odoo or export work entries to ADP. A Canadian company should not plan on Odoo producing CPP, EI, or T4s from these docs.

Where the Canada localization stops

The Canada fiscal localization for Odoo 19 installs the Canadian chart package, Canadian accounting reports, and Canadian cheque layouts. It creates fiscal positions for every province and territory plus International, and it says the delivery province drives the tax. Default sales and purchase taxes are created. Reports include a Canadian balance sheet, a Canadian profit and loss, cash flow, an executive summary, and a tax report that can run monthly through annual.

That is a ledger and a tax worksheet. The same page does not document a CRA GST/HST NETFILE upload or a Revenu Québec QST return file. It also does not publish GST, HST, PST, or QST rates. Your accountant still prepares and files the return from the tax report. QuickBooks Canada, on Intuit's Canada plans page, positions sales tax as calculated and tracked so you can file with the CRA, and it positions payroll (CPP, EI, income tax, T4 and T4A) as a paid add-on. The practical test against Odoo is the same: who produces the return, and in which product.

Vendor payments inside Canada can be a CPA005 batch file (module name l10n_ca_payment_cpa005). The file uses a 15-character short name, a 5-digit destination data center, a 10-digit originator ID, and a file creation number. Odoo says bank processing after import may take up to 48 hours. You upload that file to your bank. It is not an in-product Interac transfer and it is not a CRA payment.

For a bookkeeper who lives in QuickBooks Online or Xero, this is the point where the suite stops feeling like accounting software. Provincial fiscal positions and a tax report are enough when your firm already files from a summary. They are thin when the expectation is that the Close button sends the return. Walk through a real filing period on your own data, using the setup notes in Odoo GST, HST and QST setup, and write down every step that still happens outside Odoo.

What you gain once stock and orders hit the ledger

The reason a 20 to 100 person product or distribution company leaves QuickBooks is rarely the chart of accounts. It is that invoices, receipts, and stock value already disagree. Odoo posts inventory at standard, average, or FIFO, periodic or perpetual, into the same ledger that holds the invoice. Vendor bills can be proposed from purchase orders or receipts, so the three-way match is a document trail. Customer invoices can start from a delivery or a timesheet. Fixed assets depreciate on a schedule. Deferred revenue and deferred expense spread a cash event across the months it belongs to. Analytic plans and budgets tag a job or a department without a second spreadsheet.

People who have lived in both products notice that trail. One commenter put it this way: "It is also nice to see the traceability between documents." The same thread includes the other side: "Odoo is a nightmare, unless you have a inhouse person to manage it." Both lines are from the Odoo accounting versus QuickBooks Online discussion. Traceability is the gain. Someone inside the company, or a retained implementer, has to own the configuration, because the product will not behave like a five-user accounting app once warehouse moves create journals.

A finance-only company does not collect that gain. Per-organization tools stay cheaper, and their filing buttons match what the accountant already does. The comparison worth reading before you mix the two jobs is ERP vs accounting software. If the gain is real for your warehouse or your project billing, the work sits with finance implementation for operating companies: chart, tax, inventory valuation, and the first workflows that must agree at month-end.

Another pattern is to keep the statutory books elsewhere. One implementer wrote: "Aside from that, I personally work with 2 companies who do all Except accounting in Odoo." That line is on the accounting-or-QuickBooks thread. It is a valid design when 1099 e-file, Canadian payroll, or a long QuickBooks history matters more than one database.

How the monthly bill compares with QuickBooks, Xero, and Business Central

QuickBooks Online and Xero charge per organization. Odoo and Business Central charge per user. A 5-user finance team and a 50-user operations team are different products once you do that multiplication. List prices below are as of October 2026. QuickBooks promo prices (50% off for three months) and Xero intro prices (80% off for three months for eligible new organizations) are noted so you do not budget the intro rate for year two. QuickBooks states there is no annual contract and that plans can be cancelled anytime. Xero prices auto-renew monthly, taxes extra. Microsoft says Business Central figures are informational and the checkout price can differ.

Sources for that grid: QuickBooks US pricing, Xero US pricing, Xero Canada pricing, Business Central US pricing, and Business Central Canada pricing.

Put the same headcounts on those stickers. Assume the Odoo column is Standard at USD 31.10 to USD 38.90, every user is a backend user, and QuickBooks accountant seats are the included ones, not extra named employees.

At 5 backend users, Odoo Standard is USD 155.50 to USD 194.50 per month. QuickBooks Plus is USD 140 and already caps at 5 users plus 2 accountants. Xero Established is USD 97 for the organization. Business Central Essentials is 5 times USD 80, which is USD 400 per month on the yearly list. At this size, Xero or QuickBooks Plus is the smaller license if you do not need stock journals. Odoo Standard sits a little above Plus. Business Central Essentials costs more than twice the Odoo Standard upper figure (USD 400 versus USD 194.50).

At 20 backend users, Odoo Standard is USD 622 to USD 778. QuickBooks Advanced is USD 340 and allows 25 users, so 20 fit. Xero Established remains USD 97. Business Central Essentials is 20 times USD 80, which is USD 1,600. License cost alone favors QuickBooks Advanced or Xero. Odoo Standard is higher than Advanced by USD 282 to USD 438 per month at these list figures, and lower than 20 Essentials users by USD 822 to USD 978.

At 50 backend users, Odoo Standard is USD 1,555 to USD 1,945. QuickBooks Advanced stops at 25 users plus 3 accountants, so this headcount does not fit that plan. Xero Established remains USD 97 per organization, with no user price on the page. Business Central Essentials is 50 times USD 80, which is USD 4,000. Here the per-user ERP products pull away from per-organization accounting apps, and Odoo Standard is still well under 50 Essentials seats.

In Canada, compare like currencies. Five Business Central Essentials users are 5 times CAD 108.50, which is CAD 542.50 per month before tax. Twenty Essentials users cost CAD 2,170 per month before tax, and fifty cost CAD 5,425. Xero Premium is CAD 80 per organization per month after the intro, taxes extra. There is no CAD Odoo seat in this comparison, so a Canadian buyer should ask Odoo to invoice in the currency on the order form and then lay that number beside CAD 108.50.

Two corrections keep the comparison fair. First, an Odoo accountant login is a paid seat, while QuickBooks includes two or three accountant seats inside the plan cap. Add that seat before you call Odoo cheaper. Second, Odoo Light Users (USD 8.90) are not full finance seats. Their quoted rights are the narrow set in the table above: their own expenses, time off, attendance, planning, barcode, and payslips. An expense-only employee or a warehouse scanner fits there when the quote lists that right. A controller who edits bills cannot. Business Central Team Members are USD 8, or CAD 10.90, per user per month on the yearly list. Confirm which rights that license carries on Microsoft's Business Central pricing page before you put anyone on it.

For a single-entity distributor who needs warehouse valuation in the ledger, Odoo Standard is the tighter license versus Business Central Essentials at the 5, 20, and 50 user counts above, and the weaker filing product versus QuickBooks Online or Xero. If manufacturing or service-shop scope is why you are looking at Premium, read Odoo vs Business Central against your routings before you compare Essentials math to a suite you will outgrow. If the shortlist is still QuickBooks, Odoo vs QuickBooks holds the workflow differences that the price table cannot show. A full operations rollout, when finance is only the first slice, is scoped on our ERP implementation service.

What implementation hours and old QuickBooks history cost

Odoo says companies under 50 employees usually buy implementation from Odoo through Success Packs, and companies over 50 employees usually use a partner. Partner day rates are not published. The Success Pack price list, as of October 2026, is the public ladder. New customers get 15% off the first pack only. Onsite travel is extra. Extra monthly charges apply for maintenance of extra modules.

  • Starter (Hours: 4 · New-customer price: USD 493 · Returning price: USD 580)
  • Basic (Hours: 25 · New-customer price: USD 3,060 · Returning price: USD 3,600)
  • Standard (Hours: 50 · New-customer price: USD 5,950 · Returning price: USD 7,000)
  • Custom (Hours: 100 · New-customer price: USD 10,625 · Returning price: USD 12,500)
  • Pro (Hours: 200 · New-customer price: USD 21,250 · Returning price: USD 25,000)

Odoo cites the 50-hour Standard pack as the minimum for performance work. The same page claims a 98% implementation success rate with a pack versus 65% without, and it labels that comparison as its own. Use the hour counts. Treat the percentages as Odoo's claim.

These packs are Odoo's consulting hours. They are not a fixed migration price from QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Enterprise. No public partner rate card replaces them. Ask each bidder to price data migration as its own line: opening trial balance, open AR and AP, items, and tax codes, separate from historical reprints.

History is where projects stall. One buyer asked for help "migrating 5 years of data from quickbooks enterprise 14 to Odoo v16 online" on the QuickBooks migration thread. The workaround others describe is blunt: "The most common thing / workaround is companies export old accounting into spreadsheets and store them seperate or in odoo spreadsheet," from the QuickBooks Desktop move thread. A clean cutover is an opening balance plus open documents, with older detail left in read-only spreadsheets or in the old file. Replaying every historical invoice is a different project, and it should be priced that way.

For a company under 50 people, a realistic first conversation with Odoo is which pack matches configuration, not whether the Starter's four hours can rebuild a ledger. Starter is 4 hours, Basic is 25, and Standard is 50. Odoo cites the 50-hour pack as the minimum for performance work. The page does not say what 4 hours can finish. Over 50 employees, budget a partner statement of work with named consultants, and do not expect the Success Pack menu to be the whole price.

On our side, a first finance slice (the ledger, tax setup, and one operational flow) is planned to reach a usable state in roughly two to three months, and that clock moves with how clean the opening balances are. An Odoo rollout phased around finance and operations is how we write that slice so later apps do not reopen the chart of accounts.

On the edition question, practitioners who live in the product tend to be direct. One wrote: "For Accounting, we recommend only the Enterprise Edition of Odoo," on the Odoo versus QuickBooks thread. That matches the documented Enterprise requirement for bank sync. Confirm the rest of the Comprehensive Accounting row on the live editions table before you sign.

When Odoo should be the books, and when it should not

Use Odoo Accounting as the statutory ledger when most of the following are true.

  1. You have one legal entity, or you have a written Custom quote for more than one company on the database.
  2. Your accountant will file US or Canadian returns from reports and CSV or tax-report exports, and a 1099 e-file inside the product is not a requirement.
  3. You can live with bank lines that arrive about every 12 hours, on an Enterprise subscription, with a short history window at some banks.
  4. Inventory, purchasing, or project billing must post to the same journals, at standard, average, or FIFO.
  5. You have named a person, on staff or on a support retainer, who will own fiscal positions, users, and the payment-file test with the bank.
  6. You accept an opening-balance migration, with older years stored beside the system.

Stay on QuickBooks Online or Xero when the company is finance-only, the user count fits Plus, Advanced, Growing, or Established, and the valued features are 1099 handling or a per-organization price. In Canada, stay when payroll (CPP, EI, T4) must live in the same product your bookkeeper already knows, because Odoo 19's payroll country list includes the United States and does not include Canada. A hybrid, billing in Odoo and paying contractors or running payroll in QuickBooks, is what several of the buyers quoted above already do. It works if the bank import is assigned to a person and the two systems are not both treated as the general ledger.

Choose Business Central Essentials when you want Microsoft's per-user ERP and you have already accepted USD 80 or CAD 108.50 per full user per month on an annual list price. Odoo Standard costs less than Business Central Essentials at the 5, 20, and 50 user counts above. It costs more than Xero Established at the 5 and 20 user counts, more than QuickBooks Plus at 5 users, and more than QuickBooks Advanced at 20 users. Business Central is the comparison when your accountant, your bank, or a sister company already works in the Microsoft stack, which is a different constraint than the sticker.

Before you book a build, run this sequence.

  1. List the filings for the last year: 1099s, sales-tax returns, GST/HST or QST, payroll forms, and who submitted each one.
  2. Count backend users, including the outside accountant, and mark anyone who could be a Light User.
  3. Decide whether inventory valuation or project billing must hit this ledger in the first phase.
  4. Ask for three prices in writing: seats at the current toggle, implementation hours with migration as its own line, and any AvaTax, scanning credits, or payment-provider fees.
  5. Have the bank confirm NACHA or CPA005 on a sample file, and have the accountant sign the report pack (US labels and direct-method cash flow, or the Canadian statements and tax report).

If those answers cluster on filings, entities, and stock, the useful next hour is a working session on your chart and one closed month. That is the conversation we book. Bring the last 1099 or the last GST/HST workpaper, a user list, and the questions your accountant will not drop.

How Flectic can help

Flectic implements Odoo Accounting as part of a wider Odoo rollout for companies of 20 to 100 people in the US and Canada, starting with the apps that remove the most manual work. Core operations (four to six apps, a basic data import, up to 25 users) has a planning range of $6,000 to $30,000, not a quote. Book a free discovery call with Flectic, or review the Odoo implementation scope to see where Odoo should be the books.

Frequently asked questions

Is Odoo Accounting enough to replace QuickBooks, or do people keep QuickBooks for the books?

Odoo Accounting can be the general ledger when your accountant is willing to file from reports and exports. Companies that still need contractor direct deposit and in-product 1099 e-file often keep QuickBooks for those payments and bring the bank activity back into Odoo. Others run operations in Odoo and leave the statutory books in the old system. Pick one database as the ledger so the two files are not both treated as closed books.

Can Odoo file 1099s electronically with the IRS the way QuickBooks Online does?

Odoo 19's US localization produces a CSV of payments to non-employees for a date range, grouped by partner, so you can load that file into a third-party 1099 service. The documentation does not describe sending the form to the IRS from inside Odoo. QuickBooks Online Advanced is the plan that mentions free 1099 e-filing with Bill Pay Elite. If January e-file is a requirement, budget the outside service or keep that cycle in QuickBooks.

Does Odoo handle Canadian GST, HST, PST, and QST, or only a tax report I still file myself?

The Canada localization creates fiscal positions for every province and territory plus International, lets the delivery province drive the tax, and ships a tax report from monthly through annual. It also ships Canadian balance sheet and profit and loss statements. The same documentation does not describe a CRA NETFILE upload or a Revenu Québec QST return file, and it does not list statutory rates. Your firm still prepares and files the return from that report.

Is full accounting in Odoo Community or only in Enterprise?

Odoo lists Comprehensive Accounting, including the general ledger, bank reconciliation, localizations, and reports, on a separate row from Invoicing. Bank synchronization is documented as requiring a valid Enterprise subscription. Confirm the live editions table before you assume Community includes reconciliation or a country pack, because a copied feature grid is a weak thing to sign against. Practitioners who post about the product often tell accounting buyers to use Enterprise.

Will my accountant have to be a paid Odoo user?

Yes, if they work inside Odoo. A third-party accountant with backend access is a paying user under Odoo's definition, in the same way as anyone who creates or edits documents. Portal contacts are not paying users, and that path does not cover posting journals. QuickBooks Online plans include two or three accountant seats inside the organization price, so add the Odoo seat before you compare the two bills. A light-user quote does not fit someone who edits the books.

How much history can I bring from QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Enterprise?

There is no published fixed price for replaying years of QuickBooks transactions into Odoo. Buyers who have done the move often export the old accounting into spreadsheets and store those files separately or in Odoo spreadsheets, then open the new ledger with balances and open documents. Replaying years of QuickBooks Enterprise detail, including the five-year history one buyer asked to move, is its own migration line. Ask every bidder to price that history separately from configuration hours.

Do US and Canadian bank feeds work, and are they real time?

Bank synchronization requires an Enterprise subscription. Odoo documents Plaid as the provider for the United States and Canada, with support described as over 26,000 institutions, while the accounting marketing page says 28,000+ banks. Journals sync about every 12 hours, so this is not a live feed. Some banks return only about three months of history, which matters if you wanted the feed to rebuild a quarter on its own.

What does an Odoo implementation cost for a company under 50 people versus one that needs a partner?

Odoo says companies under 50 employees usually buy Success Packs from Odoo, and companies over 50 usually use a partner. Published new-customer pack prices run from USD 493 for 4 hours to USD 21,250 for 200 hours, with 15 percent off the first pack only, and travel is extra. Partner day rates are not published. The 50-hour pack is the smallest Odoo cites for performance work, and a QuickBooks history load should be quoted as its own line on top of those hours.
